Luxury sales masterclass gives AIHS students an edge
Angliss International Hotel School students attended a Luxury Sales Masterclass with Director of Sales at Grand Hyatt Melbourne Victoria Damiani at the Grand Hyatt hotel.
During the presentation, Victoria discussed the proactive and reactive selling, benefit selling, qualifying business opportunities and selling strategies.
This masterclass was linked directly to Establish and Conduct Business Relationships which is a core unit of the Diploma of Hospitality.
This 12 month program offers a Diploma of Hospitality and focusses on developing students’ skills in hotel management. A key feature of the Diploma is an industry placement with a premier hotel partner, giving students valuable hands-on experience and a competitive edge when seeking employment opportunities.
After the presentation, students also enjoyed a networking session with the Grand Hyatt sales team.
